As promised a Card! Yeah! It is another I made with my “Stash”. I had the main focal point just staring at me for a few days before I came up with this.
I love the Pool Party embossed with the Chevron Folder! Ok, I have to admit that piece was lying around too! It was from another card and it just fit perfectly for this card. So glad Pool Party is staying! LOVE this color!
I used my blender pens to color the flowers. You can use this card for just about any occasion. It would make a great Mother’s Day card or even a Thinking of you!
As always if you have any questions let me know and thanks for stopping by….
Hi Stampers! Thank goodness for the weekend! This week just flew on bye! Before I called it a night I wanted to share one of my cards that I put together with things I had lying around in a little bin or two. My goal is to use it all up! I tend to over make things sometimes either from cutting to much for a party or class and the pieces just don’t get used. Well they’re piling up now and I need to use them up! Here’s my 1st card.
I found the Ice Cream Cone from the Stampin’ Up! set Mouthwatering just begging to be put on a card! ; ) I used Whisper White, Soft Suede, Pool Party & Calypso Coral cardstock with Calypso Coral & Soft Suede ink. Added a touch of Glitter on the ice cream just to give it an extra Umph! Well off to catch some well needed Z’sss. Thanks for stopping by and as always thank you for stopping by and….
Hi stampers! As promised here are all the items I used for the card in the post below PLUS the extra from this new card! I love how this turned out! Everything extra that was added to this card was scraps that I had lying around.
I mentioned in a post that I was going to be working on using up scraps of paper, etc that I had lying around waiting to be used and I still am....taking pictures today as the ones that I did take were awful! Sorry for the delay in that but it's coming! Enjoy!

One more post before I get to sleep! Our Stampin' Success catalog that we get every other month had this Awesome Technique in it! Reverse Masking! I know it's not a new Technique but for those just starting out it is! So let's go "Old School" LOL!
Butterfly Thank you
All supplies used for this card are Stampin' Up!
Don't you just love that little bit of Bling? I really liked how this turned out.
I will show you another card tomorrow with the same image just "Stepped-Up". I will list all the supplies on tomorrow's post!
Before signing off for the evening I wanted to share another swap I got from Leadership. It's from Marlene Salvato. I shared a couple other swaps from her which you can see on this post HERE. I love how Sweet and Simple yet Elegant this card looks!
I tried to get the best picture but was having difficulties!
It's Whisper White Background with Whisper White Layer embossed with the new Cloudy Day embossing folder #127022 and Stampin' Up!s New stamp set called Rain or Shine #126-775 (w) or 126-777 (c) which can be found in the Spring Catalog and available til May 31st, 2013.
Well I plan on playing around this weekend! I've got lots of scraps laying around in neat piles and I really need to do something with them. That is one of my resolutions this year. Use up the images, scraps and what not I've got. Check back on Sunday to see what I've done! Thanks for stopping by and as always...
Happy Friday all! Sorry to not have posted sooner been working on a few other things on my other site HERE. But wrapping things up and wanted to share this with you.
So I have such a hard time just keeping a card simple. I tend to overthink it ALOT! Well seeing tons of awesome and "simple" ideas at Leadership this year I realized it's not that hard! Here is one that was shared from Stampin' Up! I am showing 3 versions - Simple, Step it Up and Step it up some more!
From left to right:
Simple, quick and fast. Then you've got a stepped up version! A few punched out images and you still have a quick and fast card.
Samples are using all the New In-Colors and Stamp Set from SAB Vintage Verses! LOVE this set!
Here is the final Stepped up some more card!
All I did was add some Pearls to the center of each butterfly. Just to give it that extra Bling!
I have to stop overthinking things so much! Will share another super easy card with you a little later!
Good Morning! Hope your weekend is off to an awesome start! So far so good over here!
I have another quick share before I head on out to my sons Basketball game. Now isn't this the cutest? I did one like this many years ago but for Easter. Which you can see HERE!
I came across it and thought how cute to make one holding a heart. So this is what I came up with! I've got a few more shares but will post a little later!
Questions email me or comment here! Thanks for stopping by and as always....
So I just couldn’t resist sharing some more swaps.
So what is sharing here? A few swaps I received from Marlene Salvato at our 2013 Stampin’ Up! Leadership event I went to in Orlando, Florida!
Seriously are these just the cutest ever? I LOVE the Little Penguin! I have another one from her that I’ll share with you all later! I also love the lay out on the both cards. The color combo and textures on the other card are just AWESOME!
Ok, going to relax now it’s chilly and I have a quiet house! Need to finish a blanket that I’m making for my grandmother. Which you can see HERE next week.
Check back in tomorrow for some more ideas! Until then….
